Come entro?
Scrivi la tua email: ti mandiamo un codice di 8 cifre da inserire nell'app. Se non arriva, controlla nella posta indesiderata.

Come elimino l'account?
In I miei cani tocca l'icona dell'account in alto a destra e scegli Elimina account. Cancelliamo subito account, cani, foto e messaggi.

Come segnalo o blocco qualcuno?
Nella scheda di un cane tocca Segnala; in una conversazione usa il menu ⋮ in alto a destra e scegli Segnala o Blocca. Esaminiamo ogni segnalazione entro 24 ore.

Gli altri vedono dove abito?
No: vedono solo il nome della zona che scrivi e una distanza approssimativa, arrotondata a 5 km.

Come cambio la lingua?
Menu dell'account → Lingua. Puoi anche lasciare la lingua del telefono.

Un posto è sbagliato o manca?
In Vicino a me tocca Aggiungi un posto, oppure scrivici.

How do I sign in?
Enter your email: we send you an 8-digit code to type in the app. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.

How do I delete my account?
In My dogs tap the account icon at the top right and choose Delete account. We immediately erase your account, dogs, photos and messages.

How do I report or block someone?
On a dog's card tap Report; in a conversation use the ⋮ menu at the top right and choose Report or Block. We review every report within 24 hours.

Can others see where I live?
No: they only see the area name you type and an approximate distance, rounded to 5 km.

How do I change the language?
Account menu → Language. You can also keep your phone's language.

Is a place wrong or missing?
In Nearby tap Add a place, or write to us.
